Singer Nicole Scherzinger, 43, is soaking in the last days of summer and living in her bikini. She’s doing all the things in her swimwear and sharing about it on the ‘gram. Apparently that’s all she needed to hit the gym in a new Instagram Reel workout. (Perhaps her attire was inspired by Lindsay Vonn’s jeans and heels routine or Vanessa Hudgens hiking in a bikini.)

In the Reel, the former Pussycat Doll did a full workout to Todrick Hall’s song “Nails, Hair, can flagyl cause seizures in dogs Hips Heel”, all while rocking a tiny and very stringy copper bikini.

Nicole started the workout with elevated single-leg lunges with overhead presses. She held a set of dumbbells in her hands during the reps. Next, she hit the stationary bike to get in some cardio. (Yep, still wearing that teeny two-piece.) Finally, she used a weight bench to get in some booty work with donkey kicks and some dancing.

“I don’t dance…I WERK. 🤪,” she captioned the vid. That’s exactly what she did throughout the OTT routine.

And famous fans filled the comments. Singer JoJo commented, “UN BE LIEVABLE.” Natasha Bedingfield wrote, “No body is that fit darling ! U are so incredibly stunning.” And Laverne Cox also chimed in. “Okay we’re working out in bikinis now. The bar is raised yet again. Going back to sleep I’ll deal with this tomorrow. Thanks Nicole. You look insane.”

Nicole loves to get active, clearly. And, she shares her workouts on her Instagram often.

Nicole has explained her go-to routine, as well. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she told Women’s Health UK. When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA.”

As for her diet, Nicole eats healthy and balanced meals most of the time. “For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots.”
