U-Save announced it is launching its first Master Franchise in the Middle East in Amman, Jordan.
The new franchise was acquired by car rental entrepreneurs, Maher and Lawrence Alamad, a father-son team that acquired the Green Motion Master Franchise in Jordan during the pandemic. Now, they are expanding the business they launched in 2021 with the acquisition of U-Save's Master Franchise.
Richard Lowden, president of U-Save International, said U-Save looks forward to working with the Alamad’s on this new venture. “Maher and Lawrence have done an amazing job in Amman, creating an outstanding facility for U-Save customers to enjoy backed up by n incredible range of vehicles from GMC, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes and Hyundai,” he said.
This is the first example outside the United States where a franchisee has combined U-Save and Green Motion operations together, to deliver a more comprehensive fleet and rental experience within a specific market.
The official opening of the new state-of-the-art location supporting Queen Alia International Airport was undertaken by Alex Brown, regional partnerships manager for Booking.com.
"We are thrilled that Alex could join us in celebration of another major milestone for the U-Save brand, as it builds on its foundations in the United States with Jordan kicking off its expansion in the Middle East and on to Europe,” Lowden concluded.
